Shipping fees are based on order subtotals – see our shipping rates in your cart.

HAWAII AND ALASKA ORDERS – Your order will be shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS). If you prefer a different shipping method, please call to place your order.

CANADA ORDERS – Canada orders will incur additional handling fees and the customer is
responsible for any additional Import Fees. Canadian orders are processed in U.S. Dollars.

U.S. TERRITORIES – We do ship to U.S. Territories. Please call to place your order.

NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING – Please call to place your order.

Most in stock items ship within 2 business days (Mon-Fri).

Custom orders ship within 8 to 12 business days (Mon-Fri).

Refund, Returns and Cancellations

Please contact us for all returns within 30 days of receipt.

Custom products are non-refundable unless due to a NapNameplates error.

Please check your order for correct spelling, size and quantity immediately upon delivery.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of product.
